Our mission is to bridge gaps to help get Greater Philadelphia and Pennsylvania workers back to work -- safely and inclusively. Specifically, we help local governments and mid-market companies address the needs of four categories of disadvantaged and at-risk workers: first-responders/front-line workers, the African-American workforce, immigrant workers, and workers with disabilities.
Through our partnership network, we are able to deliver affirmative support to these categories of workers throughout the restart, recharge and reimagine phases of our region’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the support of technology partners on our public-private partnership platform, the Keystone COVID Response toolkit adapts to changing needs during our region’s COVID-19 economic recovery and builds resiliency for future threats.
